Delivery Policy: Please Note: We mainly cover the UK and do accept some orders from other countries but we may reject your order if it falls within a territory of a different AllerGuard supplier. Orders within the UK will be posted via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Delivery time within UK is usually 1-3 days for items we have in stock and 3-4 weeks for custom measurements. For International orders, delivery time varies and can take up to 3-5 weeks depending on your country. Please note that International Handling charges may be added to your order. If you are not based in the UK, please send us an email and we will forward your request to your nearest AllerGuard distributor. If there is no distributor in your country, we will be happy to deliver to you. Custom Measurements: We now offer all our AllerGuard products in custom measurements! Our Online shop holds UK Standard sizes, however should you wish a different size simply send us an email with your custom measurements and we will send you a quote. Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy: We generally do not return products once they have been opened /taken out of the packaging. Please check the size and type of product on the packaging before unpacking your product. Should you have ordered the wrong product, we are happy to exchange the product within 14 days given that the product has not been taken out of the packaging and is not damaged in any way.
